Peter BrassingtonHi I am Pete " the old boy" Brassington nickname kindly donated by our glorious team leader it is rumoured I'm the elder statesman of the group birth certificates are yet to prove otherwise. I won't comment on my personal relationships but I am proud to say I have two wonderful daughters Sophie 17 and Lucy 15 who are the love of my life and make every day a pleasure. I am sure I was drunk or under the influence of something Steve is growing in his loft when I agreed to the 3 Peaks Challenge but following a period of intense training - only joking not started yet and support from my girls I am 100% up for the challenge. My main interests besides work and family include supporting the most exciting to watch Premier League team Stoke City, I enjoy fishing, golf (hacker) and motor racing. I enjoy travelling and have an infinite list of places to visit and finally Indian food can't live without it. My chosen charity is the Youth Cancer Trust (YCT) who exist to provide unforgettable free holidays for young people between the ages of 14 and 25 suffering with cancer and attending any hospital in the UK. I chose this charity because cancer is an awful disease and has affected everyone of us in some way and as distressing as it is when it affects a child or young adult who has yet to experience all the facets of life nothing can prepare us for that pain. Every day in the UK 6 teenagers will find out they have cancer - please help by donating and further information can be found at www.yct.org.uk
