Simon Fletcher

Hi, I am Simon younger brother to Tim who is also participating in this challenge. I live on the outskirts of Manchester with my wife Joanne, and our wonderful son Roman who has just celebrated his 4^th birthday.

I enjoy my family life which incorporates holidays abroad and weekends away at our caravan in Wales. I participate in most sports including Badminton and Fishing when time allows.

Our chosen charity is FSID. The foundation for the study of infant deaths, this charity do great work supporting the parents and families who have lost an infant suddenly. They also undertake extensive research into the causes to reduce further tragedy.

I personally support this charity following the sudden and very tragic death of our beautiful daughter Olivia Grace who was just 6 weeks old when she was taken from us in 2003. After such complete devastation to our lives the FSID offered us much needed support which allowed us to rebuild our lives.
